1. Products and Services

The Company sells leather jackets online and ships them to customers both locally and internationally. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

2. Orders and Payment

To place an order, you must add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide your shipping and billing information, as well as choose a payment method. The Company accepts Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. If your order is refused, you will be notified by email.

3. Shipping and Delivery

The Company offers free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10. The Company ships orders using USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days of being shipped.

International orders are subject to additional shipping and customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. The Company is not responsible for any delays or lost packages due to customs.

4. Returns and Exchanges

The Company offers a 30-day return policy on all items. To return an item, you must contact the Company within 30 days of receiving your order and request a return authorization number (RMA). Once you have received an RMA, you must ship the item back to the Company in its original packaging and condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The Company will issue a refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or the wrong size. To exchange an item, you must follow the same return process as outlined above.

5. Limited Warranty

The Company offers a one-year limited warranty on all leather jackets. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. To file a warranty claim, you must contact the Company and provide proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

  • Return policy: As stated above, the Company offers a 30-day return policy on all items. However, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sizing: The Company provides a size chart on the Website to help customers choose the correct size. However, the Company cannot guarantee that all customers will be satisfied with the fit of their purchase. If a customer is not satisfied with the fit of their purchase, they may return or exchange the item in accordance with the Company’s return policy.
  • Color: The Company strives to accurately represent the colors of its products on the Website. However, due to the limitations of computer monitors and other devices, the colors of the products may appear different in person than they do on the Website.
  • Care and maintenance: Leather jackets require special care and maintenance to keep them looking their best. The Company provides a leather care guide on the Website with instructions on how to clean and condition a leather jacket. The Company is not responsible for any damage.
